Handbook/Bylaws Committee

Chairman – Todd Blackwelder

This committee is responsible for the annual review of the FCA Student/Parent/Staff handbook as well as the FCA Bylaws.  This review takes place to initiate any necessary or proposed amendments or alterations to the documents in preparation for the annual meeting/election that is held in April.  This committee is most active from January thru April in preparation for the annual meeting.  The committee is responsible for drafting proposed changes and submitting them to the Governing Council for ballot approval prior to the annual meeting.
