This committee is responsible for organizing support of FCA parents to attend NCSD functions and public meetings.  The purpose of the committee is to learn and stay in tune with NCSD agenda items and progress towards goals as well as maintain an active grass roots network within FCA.  It is the mission of this committee to voice FCA concerns as needed as well as show support to our district leadership when appropriate.
